Text messaging terms
Last updated November 4, 2026
Local businesses use Goodly Reviews, a service of Goodly Growth, to text their customers after a job. These terms cover those messages. Each message comes from the business you dealt with, from a phone number that belongs to that business.
What you will receive
Review requests after a completed job, with a link to share how it went, and service messages such as appointment reminders and job updates. Messages name the business that sent them.
How you agreed
You gave the business your mobile number when you booked or received service and agreed to receive service updates and a follow-up review request. Consent is not a condition of buying anything.
How often
Message frequency varies with the service you receive. A completed job usually leads to one to three messages.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that business. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to opt back in.
Help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact the business directly. For help with the service itself, write to Goodly Growth at team@goodlygrowth.com.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
How we handle your information is described in the privacy policy. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
